Went on an adventure with a young girl. We made a boat and went on a walk. I really do love this girl. She is so much like me. We are both eccentric, non-stop, love to lose ourselves in art, quirky and pick up trash that is not ours. What more could you ask for in a human being?

Temecula Street Painting

I really admire artists who have the ability to replicate their love for the world through their hands. I swear my brain and hand are not connected. Since I was small I have wanted to draw and I still do try, but continue to produce garble ( the sum of unidentifiable lines coming together to make a mess). This is why I entered into photography when I was a teen. So, here's to the artists out there!

I know this has nothing to do with art, but I just love the peacefulness that a bench on a porch brings. I want a porch like this one day!

Prewedding Pictures

Let me introduce you to Dawn and Brian. They are not your average bride and groom. They make their own rules and faithfully live by them. This is why I love them so much. Yes her dress is black, she has a few piercings and tattoos. I admire her individuality and her strength to be herself. As for Brian, he is her quiet support system which can not be matched in strength. 

The two of them live in Colorado, but were here visiting. Dawn, knowing I am a bit eccentric myself, knew I should be the one to photograph them. I was more than excited.  Being that they have so much personality, we had to shoot at a location that fit them. You will notice though, the beach shoot looks a bit more mainstream. Yep, she has that side to her too.

In the forest

My neighborhood forest is telling me it is Summer. I know this because of all the bugs. It was worth it though. Had to use my two new lenses and experiment with some photo treatments.

Met with a future bride and groom in Chino Hills today and had to bring my new lens along to try it out. AMAZING! The cuteness of these fellas didn't hurt!

I just love this new location I discovered. When you are there, you feel like you are miles away from everything when really you are just a small jaunt off the road! The first two were taken using just natural window light before the photo shoot in the forest.
